What My Mother Means to Me
 James (Reader Submission)

"Pick me up, and wipe my tears with your soft finger tips, you smell good...all better."    I don't think I should go to school today...we got home from church at 10:30 pm."  "Can you make those spinach balls I like (that's the only way i'll eat that nasty veggie)?"  "I want scrambled eggs and pancakes for dinner."  "I don't want to come inside yet." "I think I want to go to school for music..."  "No I'm not fighting you, cause my mom always told me, never let other people control my emotions".

Your smile is infectious. Your discipline, necessary...It DID hurt you more than it hurt me (though I was a close second)...yeah i deserved it!  Your disappointment though it makes me cry and hurts my heart, it helps me to be better.  I've lied to you, and you loved me.  Told you the truth and still love is waiting, embracing, holding, and keeping me warm in this cold world.  Thank you isn't enough, nor words nor gifts, but hopefully the love I give to you WILL be...Happy Mommie's Day!

Inconceivable Peace,

James
