My Favorite Summer Vacation
For the past two years, my summer vacation hasn’t officially begun until the first week in June. Although school lets out either the second or third week in May, I don’t fully enjoy my vacation until I have received all my final semester grades. The first week of June is when I know that the grades printed on my transcript are official and I can breathe.
The 1st week of June has passed and my grades were all above satisfactory standards, So I plan to make this the best summer vacation for many reasons. One reason why this will be the best summer vacation is mainly because I will officially turn 21 years old. My birthday is August 1st and is in the heat of the summer. I have many things that I plan to do for my birthday this summer such as going to Atlanta for the first time to visit my best friend. With turning 21, I will officially have my first taste of alcohol in a club where I don’t have you use my fake ID.
I haven’t had a vacation where I went out of town or found memorable, so this upcoming summer vacation will be my favorite. I am ready for the summer to heat up because I am ready for Atlanta and Miami. I think that I might make a trip to Miami this summer also but I know that the trip to Atlanta is confirmed.
