Reign of
Tokyo's own COO (Darnell Davis) and CEO
(Tokyo Empire) invaded Poets and Painters Presents
The Trinity in
Silver Spring, Maryland. Dressed to impress
as fashion undercover police we patrolled the scene
for tasteless decor and true fashion mavens. We
noticed some pretty good looking people but also
noticed a lot of last seasons hand me downs and
cellulite protruding through, we decided to narrow
it down to best and worst dressed for the evening.
There was a young lady with shorts on the size of a
wash rag and some run down knee boots with fur tops.
People it was cold, I mean freezing, and I think I
saw a little brown spot in the back of her shorts!!
What I think really set me off about those shorts
was the fact that they were lime green!!!! Walking
around looking like an easter egg in the middle of
fall. Poor, Poor Child! Our best dressed for the
evening however sported a Black velvet blazer with
an argyle printed sweeter. His jeans were blue denim
with a white wash that added a little flash to the
look. Who was this simple but sheik fashion icon of
the evening? It was
Brooklyn, New York's own BenyBlaq.
